Dr. Dawn has trained personally with Grand Master Chunyi Lin who has revolutionized the ancient Chinese teachings, revising and enhancing them for the 21st century. It's a simple, fun and effective way to help you cultivate health.
Join Dr. Dawn for an introduction to Qigong followed by a class.
No previous experience is necessary. Qigong is appropriate for all ages and experience levels.

Now more than ever we seek harmony, love and balance in our lives. And that’s exactly what meditation with crystal sound therapy can help with. Crystal singing bowls are powerful sonic tools with the power to heal, relax, and re-balance your body energetically and physically while raising your vibration.
Immerse yourself in heart-centered meditation and the healing power of sound. Traditionally many cultures use sound for healing (chants, song, drums, bowls, chimes etc.) Your body responds to sound because every cell in your body has receivers on cell membranes to detect and respond to frequency. Sounds are frequencies, think of them as musical notes. Specific frequencies can remove energy blockages, realign proper functioning of cells, even resolve emotional blockages from your body. Sound is used to treat stress, healing deep emotional wounds, sleeplessness, anxiety, grief, loss, addiction, burnout and depression and more. Your body's innate intelligence uses harmonic & pure sound frequencies to restore balance for you.
Dr. Dawn uses Alchemy Crystal singing bowls infused with precious gems and metals, each having special healing qualities, allowing the bowls to resonate with higher energy vibrations for a spectacular experience. You gotta try it!
Sandy Moses, and Dr. Dawn (both Reiki Masters) begin each class with a short introduction and talking circle building a safe community for you. We then flow into a meditation followed by the luscious crystal sound bath created to lull you into a peaceful and mindful state of being.
Harnesses the reverberating tones and vibrations of the crystal bowls, benefit from the higher vibrations of group energy guided by two Reiki Masters. What could be more delightful?
